Am I able to take a backup of my information on the application or transfer them to another application?

Yes, with the tools on this system, you are able to have a backup of your information or transfer them if needed.

How do I get noticed about the new updates without opening the application?

You can connect ManagerDaily to social Applications like Telegram and Slack, Or Mail Services and receive new updates by them. (for example getting noticed about tasks, employee activities, and due dates)

Am I able to connect ManagerDaily to other internal applications (like ERP and accounting) in my company?

Yes, the application is designed based on API architecture and it can be connected to external applications according to standard protocols.

How can I upload my confidential files somewhere other than ManagerDaily, but have access to them in the application?

If you are using OneDrive, DropBox or SharePoint, ManagerDaily has some tools to make them accessible.

Is there a free version of ManagerDaily?

Yes. We offer a free plan for up to 10 seats without any time limitation. In this plan you can use up to 2 boards. If you'd like to add more than 10 users or add more boards or projects, you can try other plans.

Can I pay for ManagerDaily monthly?

Yes, you can pay monthly for your account. Choose the monthly plan on the pricing page and you will be able to pay on a per-month basis. The monthly plan is not discounted so if you are looking to save, we recommend the yearly plan, which will save you 16% approximately.

We need to change the number of people in our team. How will that work?

You can simply add or remove users to your team. If you need more seats for your team we will send you your subscription change details through your email.

Can I change my plan?

You can make changes to your plan at any time by adding more boards or products or adding and removing users (Note that we offer no refunds for downgrades). When changing your plan, your previous plans will be canceled automatically. Also, you can cancel your plan anytime inside your dashboard.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal. It also provides Visa and Master Card payment methods. Note this may be subject to change depending on your location.
