Workflows running on the organizational structure. The organizational structure allows you to assign permissions to the job titles instead of users. Thus, each person has access to their panels as long as placed in that position. When a person leaves and a new person applies for that position, all permissions will be transferred automatically.

Also, we support parallel structures. At the same time, you can have the headquarters next to the project's structure and even different modules can have separate structures (such as performance management).

In the practical example, suppose a production company working on consulting and designing kitchen appliances. This company has a headquarters structure like the following figure

But in each project, different people are working. In this case, the company has structures similar to the following figure. It is possible to inherit organizational structures in the system and help the company to maintain its project structures more efficiently.
