Workflow Automation

Your company routines will be automated by Workflow Automation, resulting in higher speed and lower faults. Because operation paths are defined as rules and employees can not do them the wrong way.

In Manager Daily There are three approach of implementing workflows regarding timing and grouping operations:

1- Static Pipeline for some types of activity: Each activity must have strict states to get done. For example in car manufacturing each vehicle moves through a pipeline and some items are added in each step.

There are lots of organizational processes like the example mentioned. HR Processes like Hiring, Onboarding, Offboarding, Sales and Procurements are the ones.
This type of workflow can be implemented inside Kanban and Scrum Boards.

2- Dynamic Workflows: In this approach workflow is dynamically changed based on the Organizational Position of each employee. Common workflows are Leave Requests in Organizations. Type of workflow does not change but based on organizational position it can have multi levels of approval or not. Also each approval step is based on organization structure. Requests from each employee should be approved by its own manager.

3- Sequenced Workflows: They are continuing based on time and position levels. All employees should do something, then managers must do something different and so on.

Common procedures are like Overtime approvals and Performance evaluation. These Workflows start at lower position levels and continue at higher ones.
